App only half working

The 'I'm on' is greyed out and if I try to look at my account details it says it doesn't have a connection and I need to reconnect.

I logged out and back in again but it hasn't changed anything. It allows me to see 'I'm on' on safari if I log in that way but it's punishingly slow to load.

I had this and clearing the apps cache sorted it.
