Username oddity?

I posted something earlier tonight, and when I looked on Threads I'm Watching it was under an old user name. As I write this post, my user name seems to have gone back to my current one.

Strange.

MNHQ have made it so that your username reflects whichever one you have previously posted with on the thread. If it is the first time posting on a thread, it will come up as your current username.

I think it is an attempt to prevent sock-puppeting?

yy the auto fill reverts to the original name one used on that thread. You can manually change but do be careful of inadvertent sockying.

As above, we now have a feature that ensures you're using the username used on the thread. If you have any issues with this please could you pop us an email?
