I can’t send or reply to messages on the app today, just wondering if anyone else is having problems?

Can we ask if you're still having issues and if so, please could you let us know what version of the app you're running?

I also have this problem today. I have the app in iOS and I can’t start or reply to s as thread. I keep getting message to retry

Also all the threads I am on have disappeared from the app

I had this and had to log out and log back in again

I'm on the iOS app and it's working fine for me. Did you do the upgrade?

It's the ios upgrade. My phone hasn't updated but I deleted and reinstalled the app and it works fine now.

Had to delete app , reinstall and log back.

Yes we've had an app update - you can download the latest version from the app store or you can uninstall and reinstall. It should work fine afterwards but please let us know if this isn't the case!

Just updating the app didn't work for me. I had to delete and reinstall.
