Watching and I'm On?

I'm on IOS app and this morning on both iPad and iPhone are saying No Internet Connection when I try and go on Watching or I'm On threads.
Fine on the main thread.

Can you let us know what version of the app you're running and if possible, provide us with a screenshot? We'll take a look at this.

I had this as well on the app and logged out thinking logging out and in again would help. I can’t get logged in again on it now, I’ve had to come to the web version to get in.

Are you definitely signed in on the app? I hope I doubt sound sarcastic and sorry if you've already checked, it's just that I often get that error when for some reason I've been signed out on the app and I don't always realise that's what happened.

App version is 44.22

@WavingAtTheClouds hmmm well I didn't log out purposely but maybe there's been an update and it needed me to do so?
I've deleted the app on the iPad and reinstalled and had to log in and now seems ok on that....
@LIZS maybe delete and reinstall? Or check log in as mentioned above

Pretty sure I am logged in. I can try to reply to a thread and it shows my username, just won’t post.

Just done that and fingers crossed now working

I just deleted and reinstalled the app and I still can’t log in on it. I log in through Google so when I select that and my profile I get a little loading circle which then vanishes and it just goes back to the log in screen without actually logging me in. I should have just waited for whatever bug it is on the app to be fixed instead of trying to log out and back in it seems.

I’m having the same issues. In the app, can’t reply/post and my watched threads won’t load.

Same problem with iPad here.

IPad app that is! Browser ok. I had to access Mumsnet via browser to reply here.

For those of you who are struggling to log in, could you let us know what devices you're using?

I've got this problem on my iphone app. It's fine on my desktop (Chrome). I am logged in on both.
I was also unable to post via the app.

@LilyMumsnet I’m on an iPhone 11 (iOS 16.3.1 because I haven’t updated that yet apparently). It’s absolutely fine on the mobile website via Safari, it’s just the app that won’t let me log in. I sign in via my Google account if that helps too. I use the same Google account to sign into Pokémon Go and that’s absolutely fine so it’s probably not the Google account side of it anyway.

My iPhone app is working but my iPad app isn't. Ipad is OS 16.3.1.

Also can't reply or watch from the App.
Honestly, MN has SO many problems.

Yep I cant use I'm Watching or I'm On - it says I have no internet connection.
Iphone app.

I had this earlier. I deleted and reinstalled the app and it sorted itself out.

I've just done this too and it worked.

I've logged and in out and that seems to have worked this time.
