How long does it take for someone to get a CAT message?

And if they don't allow them, how soon would you hear back?

I've sent someone a CAT and have had no reply and no indication that they have received it or don't receive them.

Or are they just ignoring me?!

We check them several times a day. If they don't allow them, you'll get a message back when we see it. If they do accept them, we don't send you a message saying it's on its way iykwim, so you could have a wait.
