I'm logged on, on the app. But when I scroll 'watched' threads or 'I'm on' threads, my phone screen goes blank with a message telling me to log on.

Does anyone else get this?

So frustrating

Hi @Ladybug14 that sounds very frustrating! How long has this been happening for? And are you using the android or the iOS app?

Thanks @Ladybug14 - can you please let us know what happens if you visit either list and pull down on the screen to refresh it? Hopefully it should load for you. Could you try that please and let us know how you get on?

It does refresh but when I scroll to the bottom of each list, the page goes blank with the message to log on
