Cannot access private messages

I've been in the app and on the website and neither is working. I just get buffering and taken back to the app that then fails.

Can someone help please. Thanks

You can't currently access private messages from the app - but you should be able to from your mobile browser or the desktop site. Please can we ask what device and browser you're using?

Mobile and laptop, both not working. On mobile it sends me back to app. On laptop it buffers
