Sorry. It was on the site stuff and it was regarding the thread with just flowers on for the mother who lost her daughter. People where questioning why it had been shut down. Hope that helps.

@HebeMumsnet is there going to be any update for the hundreds and hundreds of people who posted on the live threads and then on the one in site stuff?

If you are following a thread but not posting, you can use the "watch thread" option and then you will see any further updates (or the deletion message) when you click "I'm watching".

Have a feeling this might not be an option on the app though. I have just spent several weeks having to use the app as my laptop was out of action. The functionality is pretty poor compared to using the website, but TBF I am pretty useless with using my phone for any sort of browsing anyway so it might just be me!

If you have opted to watch the thread then you will definitely see the deletion message on your "I'm watching" list.

Why didn't you just use the mobile site in desktop mode?

If you're on a mobile phone, just go to www.mumsnet.com/talk in your browser (Firefox, Chrome whatever) and that will take you to the mobile site, which I use instead of the app.

(I don't think the pp meant to say 'desktop mode' as I don't think there is any need).
