it's ok when there is only a few, but if you wanted to scan to see if someone has one, it's going to be a pain quite soon
plus on the comments options, the default is "only allow comments from users who have had a comment accepted by moderator" or similar. Unless you notice and uncheck this box, you are unlikely to get many comments, I think
