Quote button disappeared

There used to be three dots to click on, and the quote button would appear. I noticed today that this has disappeared from all posts I want to quote, except the first OP.

Anyone know what's happened? I'm using safari on iPhone.

I feel thick! I scrolled along and one dot appeared, and the quote function works fine. Thanks to all who replied.
