Random threads on 'watching' list

For some reason I suddenly have a bunch of threads I haven't manually selected on my watching list! I can't work out how this could have happened so thought I would ask if anyone else has had this overnight?

And now I've refreshed and the randoms ones I didn't manually add have all disappeared again. So weird! Just a temporary glitch I guess?
