...because "the OP won't be returning to the site"? The poster asked for opinions on a ridiculous name with some terrible connotations and didn't like it when the consensus was that it was ridiculous and would potentially lead to bullying/ridiculing of her child.

Providing the OP wasn't lying then it was for this reason by the look of things. The message from MNHQ wasn't that it was a troll/pbp.

On the plus side, I read up extensively on airships when I woke up early with a migraine and now feel suitably educated on the subject.

Hi @WeAreTheHeroes when an OP deregs and requests deletion, we do sometimes oblige as they're not going to be responding to further comments on the thread. On issues as personal as baby names, people do take criticism to heart more than they may do on other subjects. and we always try not to cause further upset where possible.
