App question

I use the app almost exclusively.

I love the quote function and completely understand why we can't quote posts that already have a quote in them.

However if I want to highlight a paragraph and quote it in my post, ( i.e a part of a post that already has a quote in it) there doesn't seem to be a way of doing this.

I can cut and paste the relevent section but there doesn't seem to be a way to then make the text bold or italic or in any way indicate that it's not my words. I can put quotation marks round it but they are tiny and not noticeable.

What happens is that it just looks like it's now part of my reply, which is confusing, especially when I'm highlighting an opposing opinion to mine!

If anyone has a workaround for this problem I'd be grateful, and if it's something that @MNHQ could look at at some point that would be great.

TIA

Hello @LadyOfTheCanyon if you add an * at the beginning and the end of the text then it will bold.

We'll definitely look into this functionality for the app - thanks for suggesting it.
