How do I get into a different MN local?

ATM I can only get into Lancaster but also come under Carlisle ( I think we need a south Lakes one but.......... )

Nymphadora, you can be a Tsarina for South Lakes if you like.

Go into Local and then click prefs and you can add Carlisle as an additional site.
