Spam after reporting thread

Reported something inappropriate, didn't comment on the thread so no one should have been aware I'd done this than admin. Soon after received a spam email purporting to be from mumsnet. Coincidence or have you been compromised? Rather annoyed I can't report this other way than by opening a thread about it too.

Unfortunately it seems to have auto deleted from my spam box and I cannot retrieve it.
