How do i add the ops name so they know ive replied to them?

Im on the app on my phone, i can do it on Google but not on the app

Yes, it should work the same way on the app as on the site. You should be able to mention someone by typing @ and then starting to type the user's username. You can they select the username from the list and it will auto-populate in the text box. The OP's name usually appears before you start typing.

Are you on the iOS or Android app by the way?
