How do I bar someone ?

I’ve got a PM from someone and I’d like to bar them. How do I do it ? Thanks.

There should be three dots next to the message that gives you options, one of which should be to block the user. I think.

It just says ‘report the message’

That's the 3 dots next to the message. You need to click on the 3 dots right at the top on the right hand side of the chat.
