Problems opening the app

Hi, is anyone else having a problem opening the mobile app? I open the app and it immediately opens YouTube and the volume turns itself up to max. It has only happened today and I thought it was a sitewide hacking as it played Rick Astley this morning. Now its the TUI advert.

Hi, its iOS. I could do a screen video of what is happening but I don't want to show my screensaver etc and be identifiable.

Are you able to uninstall and reinstall the app? We're hopeful that this would iron out any issues.

Hi, I’ve tried reinstalling the app and the same thing is happening. I’ve managed to get a video of what happens when I reinstalled the app and tried to open it. How can I attach it?

It is still Rick Astley.

He put a shortcut on my phone and now he can't breathe for laughing. I'm going to swing for him.
