What's up with sending a private message?

Is there some reason it's more difficult and confusing that on any other site? I know I've done it before, but now I was bumbling around, trying to figure out where to click, and I still can't figure out if anything was sent.

Was the designed changed? Why isn't it clearer?

Hi @MsAmerica - which version of the site are you using? Unfortunately if you're using the app you won't be able to use our PM system - you'll need to switch to the mobile or the desktop site.
