Notifications: Deletion message only option?

I was invested in this thread and have just found it deleted with no way of seeing the deletion message. Is there a way to get a notification in the app or on the thread with the deletion message? That way at least active posters know why something was deleted.

Was this a genuine deletion or one of the victims of the weird random deletions overnight? I was on this thread yesterday morning, logged in late last night and it had gone poof.

Sorry for the delay in responding. We've checked behind the scenes and it looks like the thread was deleted because unfortunately we had some concerns about the OP. We've updated the deletion message to reflect this.

We don't send out notifications when a thread is deleted, but if the thread is in your list of Threads I'm On or Watched threads, you should be able to see the deletion message.
