Moving my thread to FWR

I deliberately placed my thread in AIBU for the poll and to inform women about this. Why have you moved it? There is news and it is being discussed on all media( finally) so I really don’t see why a larger group here should not be allowed to discuss it. Please restore. I am not the only one asking .

There isn't a single thread in AIBU that couldn't be moved to a specific board based on its content.

Can you imagine this happening with racism? Do all threads about that get moved to the forum for Black MNetters? Or gay rights - are we only allowed to post about that in the LGBT forum? Can disability only be discussed in a a dedicated forum? Of course not.

But, somehow, uniquely, women's rights cannot be discussed openly - on a forum for mothers 🙄

But the issue OP is raising is that feminism threads are swiftly put back in their box by being moved to the FWR board.

Whereas 99% of AIBU posts could be moved to relationships or parenting or Christmas or chat. But they’re not.
