Random strike-through on posts

Hi MN

For a while now my posts keep getting strike-through on them even though I don't apply it. Is it a known glitch and can it be fixed?

Hi OP

Can you let us know what device and browser you're using when this happens?

Hi its Chrome and a lap top. Thanks!

Can we just check - is your browser up to date and have you tried clearing your cache?

Hi again @CinnamonSodaPop - we've taken a look at some of your past posts and can see that on the ones where there seems to be a random strikethrough, you've actually posted two dashes (--) before and after the text, to divide it.

We're not sure if you've done this deliberately or if it's the device you're using defaulting to a longer/double dash, but we wondered if you could have a trial run on this thread by posting a few words with single dashes, double dashes etc to see what happens?

Hopefully we'll get to the bottom of it Smile
