Unable to report spam

I've been unable to report spam using the app for months (using the latest Android update). I get an 'oops' message.

There's spam on the education board that's appeared on my active thread. So reporting it here!

Hi @OldTinHat - thanks for letting us know about these spam posts. We'll take a look and zap any posts that need zapping.

What happens if you don't choose the Spam option when you report a post? Just wondered if your general reports are getting through?

It's ok on the iOS tablet app, if that helps narrow it down.

@OldTinHat Could you tell us what device you're using and the exact version of the app you have? You can check that by opening the menu in the top left par of the screen within the app.

Morning @OldTinHat while you're confirming which version of the app you're on, could we also just check a couple more things?

Firstly, it sounds obvious but are you definitely logged in? You would be far from the first person to find that's why you can't report if so!

And are you experiencing this with all reports or is it just happening sporadically? Feel free to send us some test reports to check if you like. Just write in the notes that you're checking whether you can report.
