Please could you uninstall and reinstall the app and let us know if the issue persists?

This has just started happening to me too. I uninstalled the app but it's still doing it. I'm on an iPhone, if that's helpful.

@HebeMumsnet I deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone and it was still happening after that.

Please could you send us a screen recording of this happening over to [email protected]?

@HebeMumsnet It hasn't done it this afternoon - I will keep a lookout & try to record if I get it again. Maybe you've fixed it?!
