Ads covering posts (again!)

On the app and this is still happening. I thought it was fixed months ago when someone else started a thread about it?

@Mmmmdanone‘s post is completely covered. I only realised when I scrolled back to quote her and it wasn’t there!!!! Hidden behind an advert.

How many other posts are being hidden and posters don’t realise?

Hi again @RichardOsmansXraySpecs . Just a brief update as to where we are with this. From having a look at it at our end, it looks like it's happening when a user has set their font to a slightly larger size on their phone. Don't know if that rings any bells with you?

Our mobile site is able to work around this so we're just looking into whether the same can be done for the app so it sort of 'recalibrates' around a bigger font. We'll let you know as soon as we have any answers. If it's not a total pain you could try reducing the font size on your phone in the meantime, but we understand that might just make it unreadable. We'll be back as soon as there's any other update. Thanks for your patience.

Yes my phone is on zoom but I've just tried putting the normal size on and it still does it. Unless I have to reinstall the app maybe?

Ohhhh that explains why I sometimes see a post with an unfamiliar quoted post in it. I can blame myself for inattention once or twice but this has happened a few times now. I don't zoom in on a regular basis, usually only when trying to read text on screenshots.
