Thread removed from watch list if I add a post to it.

Anyone else having the same issue? I’m sure it’s only been a recent thing. As soon as I comment on a thread that has been on my watch list it becomes ‘unwatched’, so I need to add it back on once again.

Hi! Thanks for your reply. Apologies, I’m not very tech knowledgeable, so not sure how to provide all the relevant information you have requested. I am not using the app (just realised you have one 😳!), so visiting the site via a search engine (Safari). I am browsing on my iPhone.

Hi again @IheartBTS - that's fine, that's all the information we need! We'll look into this for you, but in the meantime do give the iPhone app a go - you might find you like it more than the mobile site

Actually, could you also just check if the following setting in 'Talk settings' is on or off - 'Automatically 'Watch' threads I post on'.

That could well be the problem. But, like I said, the app's great too

Thanks for your help. All the settings were ‘off’, so I’ve altered that. I will join the app. Apologies if the error was my doing 😕

I meant the setting was on the ‘no’ option, not ‘off’.

This has just happened to me, on the iPhone app (iPhone 11pro, iOS is up to date). It was the inheritance thread, I checked after I posted that I was watching the thread, but later it wasn't in my watched threads list.

I’m glad it’s not just me (but sorry you have the same issue). It’s interesting it is happening on the app too.

Afternoon, everyone. We think we've managed to recreate this now and it looks like a little bug. It won't be an immediate fix but it's on the to-do list so should be sorted soon. Thank you for flagging it up here.
