Because the Night Watch volunteers can't ban people, you'll have to wait for the paid day shift to fire up.

Hi @RainyDaysareCarp thanks for posting. There's not a huge amount we can do if someone decides to reregister, unfortunately. We have various means of spotting previously banned posters (although this particular one doesn't try to hide what they are) and are discussing various ways we can improve our processes here. We appreciate it's annoying though, and would ask that you report anything you think is dodgy.
