Christmas bargain thread not loading

Hi, I had this problem a couple of weeks a go where I was scrolling through the thread then at a certain point it just kicks me out of the thread. Another thread was started and there was no problem with that one. Then this new one is doing exactly the same thing. I am using a SAMSUNG A51 and using the app.

Hi @Queenelsarules - sorry to hear you're having problems loading this thread.

We're already looking into this issue as we've had a number of reports from people using the android app who are having issues with longer threads.

We'll be back with an update as soon as we can.

This was happening to me yesterday but has been fine today.

For everyone else, we are having trouble replicating this issue at the moment but all the information we get from users who are still having this problem with threads crashing is really informative. If you're able to take a screen recording of you opening the app and then doing whatever you usually do up until the point it crashes, and then send it to us at [email protected], that would be really helpful and might well allow us to work out what's happening.
