Active on the app

Wasn't sure whether to add this to my other thread with app issues. But I've only one thread showing in active. iOS app. All up to date. See photo.

Scrub that it's fixed itself 😂

Same here on the website using a laptop.

Seems to be OK for the moment but I was constantly getting just one thread appearing.

Sorry - I'd tried that a few times and it didn't change so I started the thread!

There's definitely something going on because when scrolling through topics the same threads are relating it's not going back by date

Hi again, everyone. Could anyone having this issue of only seeing one thread in Active have another look now and tell us if this is still happening? We're hoping it was a brief glitch that might be fixed now. If you could tell us what device you're using and whether app or site, that would be really helpful, too. And a screenshot would be even better if you can still see the one-thread Active list.

And regarding the weird dates, a screengrab of that would be really useful, too, so we can see exactly what's happening.

Have I can't screenshot the issue in topics because it's as I scroll it doesn't go to new threads it's the same ones in a loop.

There's also a difference between threads showing on the app and the website. Not all threads are showing on the app.

Hi again! Right, we've had another look and we see what you're talking about!

This is an issue we're aware of. The app has done this for a while - it's not actually duplicating threads, but every time a thread is active, it's pulled into the list again so you end up with it looking like it's appearing twice.

It is something we're hoping we can fix but it to be absolutely honest, it probably won't be imminently as there are a few more urgent things higher up the list. But hopefully you'll see improvements soon! Thanks again for bringing it to our attention.
