Seem to have moved to Premium

open MN this morning and I’m on Premium. I never bought Premium. What’s going on?

Hi @Daysy - can you please let us know which version of the site you're using? We've had a couple of people mail in who are using the mobile site, who had similar concerns.

Are you seeing a black banner at the top of the screen with the word Premium in a white oval tab? If so, this doesn't mean that you're a Premium member - it's just that we've temporarily changed the site colours as a mark of respect in the week leading up to the Queen's funeral.

If you tap on the tab, you'll find that you're taken to a page that says 'Go Premium', inviting you to subscribe - but if this isn't the case, please let us know and we'll check things out for you.
