Clearing private messages

How? I don't seem to have that option in mine now.

I want to delete a load of them and the only options on the PM settings are a) block and b) compose message.

Hi @JaneyBrowns if you go into the body of the PM, click the three dots on the top right of the message, you should see the option 'clear chat'. This will remove the PM from your list. You can only do this one at a time at the moment - you said you want to delete a load of them so this might be a bit of a pain - sorry!

Thanks! I thought ages ago it was possible to clear all the messages but maybe it's changed since you revamped the site.

Hi again @JaneyBrowns - you're right, the PM system did undergo some changes when we updated the site a few months ago. Again, we're sorry if this means more work for you if you're trying to delete scores of old PMs.
