Pregnancy Choices and Active Conversations

There’s a pretty awful thread in Pregnancy Choices right now. The OP is looking for advice and support regarding a selective termination and it has been hijacked by a totally inappropriate debate. MNHQ must be aware of it as there are a lot of deleted posts for breaking talk guidelines. I am pretty sure most of the posters don’t usually read that board and have got there through Active Conversations.

I believe there are some boards which don’t come up in Active. Given the incredibly sensitive subject matter and the potential vulnerability of the OPs maybe Pregnancy Choices should be one of them?

@sponsabillaries l agree. I don’t think it’s helpful them coming up on active conversations. I don’t think infertility threads come up on there -people are super keen to give thoughtless and unhelpful “advice” a lot of the time
