I keep finding myself on the phone app when I am on my laptop. Any idea what is going wrong????

Can you let us know the browser you are using.

If you could send us a screenshot that would be great.

Thanks for the reply, Carolinemumsnet. Its been on both Firefox and Chrome, but Norton ran overnight last night and suggested updates to both browsers so it may have been that (it's back to desktop mode now). Hopefully the updates will resolve it!
