Access to refresh button

Why am I getting a banner advert for Mumsnet Premium across the top of my screen covering the top bar with the refresh and go back to previous page option? It means when I have read a thread, I have to click Talk again which takes me back to the first 50 topics page even if I’ve scrolled onto a later page. I find it frustrating and I don’t have this issue on other chat forums such as Gransnet.

im sure there is a simple solution but I’m not a tech expert!

Has this just started? Can you let us know what device and browser you're using to access the site?

Are you on an ipad? If so, you should be able to scroll and it will come back!

I am a new member and it has always been like this on mumsnet

I’m not sure how to find out which browser I use, sorry. I’ll try scrolling but access to the same icon as with other websites would be better I think

Let us know how scrolling goes - this is a design on the browser rather than from our side. It will go away right away when you move down!

i am using scrolling feature to go back a page so that’s fine. Thanks
