Sensitive topic

My first time on Site Stuff so not sure if this has been brought up before but, would it be possible to have a section for sensitive topics where only people with a posting history (or whatever criteria) can contribute? Not necessarily stopping posters changing their names, I know sometimes that's needed, but a section say where you need to have been registered for x amount of weeks/months? Or have posted x amount of times - just any criteria which makes it difficult for outside groups to jump on a thread to cause disruption.

Increasingly you see 'new' posters joining in on a thread with the sole motivation of derailing it - its shit on OPs who've came here for advice to then have to wade through multiple posts from (likely) incel/MRA groups.

Just a thought.

I can't link because I'm on the app but the thread 'absolutely sickened by my DP for this' on AIBU is what caused me to post. Constant tag-teaming/sock puppetry of idiots trying to derail - really shit for the OP.

Hi OP

We really appreciate the suggestion and will have a chat about it.

In the meantime, we're keeping a very, very close eye on that thread - and removing posts really quickly. Please do continue to report any concerns to us using the report button.

And you're doing a sterling job - thank you. You're that fast I'm not even getting a chance to read some of the posts - I'm missing opportunities to get annoyed! Grin

Seriously though, it would be good to have - these weirdos are attracted to anything with 'TW' in the title.

Thanks for replying.
