@MNHQ vanished thread

I know it's a cardinal sun to start a thread about a thread, but I've posted (at approx 9:40) on a thread about a particular person in the public eye and now I can't find the entire thread.

It's vanished, there's no deletion message, no explanation. What's happened here?
