New posting indicator gone

For the past few days whenever I went to watched threads, it indicated how many postings since I last looked and took me straight to the last posting I read. This has now gone. Is it perhaps a premium feature that was accidentally applied to my account?

I'm premium and don't have that. But I've never used desktop before so maybe it's on there.

It seems to be back, so perhaps a glitch based on the site difficulties earlier today. If it is a new feature and free, it’s a good one.

This is a new feature that is for everyone on the site.

We unfortunately had a problem with one of our servers on Sunday morning which meant that the site was intermittently available, and this feature wasn't working.

A fix was put in place as soon as we were alerted and we're continuing to monitor the server closely.

Apologies for the downtime and the feature being unavailable - we're doing everything we can to address the root cause.
