Clicking on a thread opens the one below

The areas I read eg legal or health now have a warning at the top to consult a professional and not rely on Mumsnet but when I try to open a thread I click on one and it opens the thread below. Why? Using app on Android

That's not something we've managed to replicate...
We're not too sure why it's happening but a screen recording might help us identify the issue. Could you email one over to us?

Same thing is happening to me, using talk app on android phone. Only on topics with a message at the top e.g. Money Matters, Childcare. It's as if the banner message displaces the link. I can't get into the top thread at all.

I have the android app and I'm not able to replicate at the moment.
Please could you uninstall and reinstall the app to make sure you're running the latest version?

I'm having the same problem on the feminism boards. To read a thread I have to click on the one above it. Really irritating because I can never read the top thread.

I had it happen too, yesterday, on the Telly Addicts board. Just checked it again and it is still happening.

@LLilyMumsnet I've checked my app and it was updated yesterday. Didn't fix the problem unfortunately.

Same issue here, only noticed it on Telly Addicts board though. App is up to date, other ones seem fine.

And...still not fixed for me. If you click on a thread within a topic it opens the thread below. It means you can't read the top thread, apart from being very annoying generally.

This should be fixed now for everyone. It may be that you need to update the android app to get the fix - this normally happens automatically, but you may need to update it manually.
