I've been double charged for Premium. Twice.

In June and July I've been charged twice for Premium.

I sent an email on 19th June asking for help regarding this.

I've had no response.

There's nothing at all I can see on the website to guide me.

It's a tad disappointing tbh, I can't afford £10 per month on this.
