Hi @JaneJeffer I can't be certain without knowing which thread it was, but at a guess, this was probably (as @Luidaeg says) a question about our moderation that was probably best dealt with off the boards. It's not a typical deletion message but we sometimes do this when it's a troll/PBP wondering why they were banned and we'd like them to get in touch to discuss it further. It would be better if we added more detail though and so we've noted this for future reference.
