App still not working properly

Currently posting this on desktop site as my app STILL isn’t working correctly.

I can’t start a thread, reply to a thread, I can’t access my watched threads or watch any new threads. This has been going on for at least a month now and I hate using the desktop site as it’s not user friendly at all!

Anyone else having this issue?

I can not even log on to the app. I dont usually log on via the browser and I have just done.

My app isn't working either just keep getting 'oops something went wrong' plus it doesn't recognise my log in at all.

The app isn’t working for me either. It seems to work ok through the day and then doesn’t work in the evening. Been happening for the last few nights now. Very bizarre!

I'm having trouble on the desktop version too , it's so frustrating.

Same for me. I tried deleting and re-downloading, but then I was logged out and couldn’t log in.

Same here. I’ve looked on Twitter, fb, isitdown etc before thinking to log on through my browser.

I wish they would mention problems on twitter or something so I know it’s not my phone.

Yup me too! I’m dreading the return of the woman in the green top keep popping up every 3 seconds to sell me something via the browser……fix the app please!

I'm having trouble with desktop version, pages taking ages to load or just not doing anything

My app refuses to load anything. Just the purple screen and occasionally "oops somethings gone wrong"
Using the android app if that makes any difference.

I can get into the app but it often wont refresh, just shows old threads. Also isn’t saving my watch threads - it will let me click watch but they dont appear when I go onto watched threads tab

Yep I’m getting the same now! Very frustrating!

Same here - app was working earlier but not for an hour or so. Having to use desktop to check in.
oh & if you’re getting annoyed with ads maybe investigate using a Raspberry Pi as a Pi hole (not a euphemism!)

Oh yes - same here. Why can’t @Mumsnet tweet or Facebook a status when there are problems. I’ve not been able to use the App all evening. It’s really poor communication.

I can’t bear the app so I use the desktop version but even that’s being annoying. Every time I leave a thread and go back to the active threads it takes me back to the top of the page. Then I have to whizz all the way down every time to find where I was. Annoying.

Ah I've just finally got onto the app. Had the same error for a couple of days. Took a few attempts to log in just now - failed a few times - but then immediately successful - no idea why as I just kept trying to log in. I also looked at Twitter etc thinking it was a wider problem but couldn't see anything. Hopefully will stay logged in now.
