The app has stopped working again

I've only just been able to log into the website too. Was there an outage?

Yes stopped working for me too, iPhone.

Also can’t get on app at all also iPhone only just been able to get on site now couldn’t for about an hour

Same - app wasn’t reloading earlier today; uninstalled it & now won’t open at all. Couldn’t open the website on Safari & only just got in on Chrome.

Same here. Had to access through safari.

We’re currently experiencing a problem with one of our servers that is affecting the app. We’re looking at it now and will have it back up and running as soon as possible.

Then yet again WHY have you not made this clear to users as soon as you knew?! There’s absolutely nothing on other sm or pinned on the site it’s buried in here! Which some users right now may not be able to access but they could access eg fb?

The app wasn't working for me last night or this morning and isn't working for me now.

I had to long in via chrome and the website is lagging too.

Love the new logo though
