Why have you got a Menopause section in talk, but the tips are on Gransnet????? Could you move your Menopause tips from Gransnet? I don't think it's helpful to put it there. Perpetuates stereotypes and misinformation.

@LadyGardenersQuestionTime there is a link to them in the Menopause section, but I think if nothing else it is imbues a sense that you need to be a Granny for it to be relevant..

The whole issue is much more out there generally, and I am glad I am not 60+ or older and to have missed out on even this level of awareness and info about this stage in women's lives.i am very envious though of women 5-10 years younger. I hope things will be a lot easier for them.

I haven't checked the stats, but my friend says suicide rates amongst peri and menopausal women is very high. It can be a grim time, and no wonder. It's difficult not to feel like you are falling apart at the seams sometimes!
