Can't access PMs

My inbox is showing that I have a PM but when I try and access it it just takes me to message saying I can PM other mumsnetters if I want to. It still shows the number 1 to say I have a message.

I've still got the exact same issue. I had it a couple of weeks ago, and it was sorted out. Like I've got a 'ghost' message I can't access, but have successfully retrieved other messages around it. Was told yesterday that techs were on it, but I'm still being a-haunted. On google chrome, laptop.

@LilyMumsnet not sure if this will help, but SueMumsnet was liasing with the tech crew last time, so dunno if the fix they used would be relevant now maybe?
