Pages keep crashing and reloading

For the last few days when I am scrolling (on my phone) the page will randomly reload. I’ve noticed it more frequently when there’s video ads on the screen. It’s quite annoying though as it makes me lose where I am up to in the thread. Is this a known issue or is it just happening to me?

Happened to me loads when I was reading the Allison Bailey threads (all 1000 posts long). Absolute PITA but assumed it was my phone being silly so kept forcing a soft reset. Repeatedly losing my place was very annoying.

Glad to hear it’s not my phone. Really hope there is a fix for it as it’s really annoying.

It keeps happening to me too. It’s really frustrating when you have typed a reply and are about to send it but the page just reloads instead.

Happening here too. It’s mostly annoying when I’m trying to reply to a thread, have typed a fair bit then it crashes and reloads and loses everything I’d typed so have to start again. Took me 5 attempts to post something yesterday

Happening to me repeatedly this evening - I lost two replies I was writing and now have given up 🙁

When it does it when I’ve typed a well thought out reply, I want to scream.
Please fix it or Reddit will have to become my default place for going down rabbit holes.

Me too, I keep losing posts I’ve nearly finished typing. Then I give up and leave the site.

I’ve just typed a huge reply to a thread and it’s down this and deleted the whole lot. This is making the site so unusable.

Yup. Me too. I don’t understand why it’s so bad.

I just tried to write two posts to someone about a medical issue, and the page reloaded and deleted everything each time.

My advice could really help someone, but I’m giving up now tbh as I just spent twenty minutes writing for nothing and I don’t want to do that again. FFS sort it out MN!

Yup, multiple times a day and it’s so annoying! Keep losing posts I typed out too. Makes me go to different sites instead tbh!

Same here. At first I thought it was cause I was in a thread which was then deleted which I thought was strange as they weren't offensive or whatever, but then I could access the same thread again after the reload. Glad to hear it's not just me.

Same here. And every time I try to make a post longer than two sentences, it reloads and I lose it.

Mine have been doing since the new site.

If i try to scroll down a long thread my screen goes white and i lose all the posts.
