No longer deleting anti-vax lies

There's a poster on the Covid boards writing about dead fetuses due to the vaccine. On threads where pregnant women are asking for advice. I've been reporting since yesterday.
Why has your policy changed?
The poster in question is linking information taken from a group which has been banned from most social media sites due to its far right anti-abortion and Covid conspiracy theory views.
But stands on Mumsnet.
Which I'm sure they'll be pleased about.

Hi @PAFMO we've just sent you a mail about this. The posts have now been deleted and we're v sorry we didn't get to it sooner. Our position on vaccine discussions is that it's fine for users to share their concerns or ask questions. Many users are here looking for reassurance after all and we find that in most cases misleading info is swiftly and robustly challenged.

We will generally remove links to discredited sources as that helps no one and we're always on alert to anyone here with a specific agenda. Thanks for reporting and again, sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
