"back to top" button disappeared

As title, where has the "back to top" button gone? It was always at the bottom of every thread, please restore it.

@AmIbeingTreasonable if you have three little dots in the bottom right of message (next to 'report' )click on this and there should be a go to top/bottom link

Thanks for that, it's well hidden. Used to be stand alone at the bottom of every thread.
