Signing in

I've just had a problem for signing in for 2 days in a row.
I type in my password and press enter, it took me to the page it said method not allowed.
But when I refreshed the page, I was logged in, so signing in has worked fine.
What's happening?

Hi, thank you for responding.
I'm on lap top, chrome. No actual real issue tbh, since it did allow me to log in. It was just a bit alarming, since it said method not allowed, which never happened before.
Only thing I did was exactly the same as always, typed in my email address and password and press enter.

This happened multiple times today, every time I tried to click a thread, load I'm on, it went to this page. Not when I tried to sign in.
I am not doing anything different. Just tried to open the thread, or tried to go into threads I'm on.
FYI, if I tried to open something on the different website, it worked fine.
