I’m one of the either few users who have no real problems with the new MN site (iPhone, website, Safari) or perhaps I am part of the silent majority. Search is worse than Advanced Search but that’s my only real gripe.
But there’s obviously loads of users who hate, hate, hate it or have very specific issues or things that are ongoing. I see the threads where MNHQ pop up to say “it would really help if you posted your browser/app/device” etc and I can’t help but think there is surely a much more efficient way of gathering your users feedback or reporting issues than endless threads here?
Isn’t there an easily used feedback form that can be set up, much like ‘Report this post’ or a sticky on Site Stuff? Then you’d be able to get all the device/browser info alongside the issue and funnel to the right place…
Maybe you have one and I’ve never seen it because I’m not motivated to need it. But I’ve never seen it signposted if so.
