I'm trying to buy some stuff from new range but it's not registering the 10% off we usually get.

Hi Katierocket, sorry for delay in getting back to you.
I don't know why the Boden discount isn't working, it certainly should be - I'll see what I can find out.

Piffle · 11/01/2008 17:54

oooh talk about downturn in sales
Boden at this time of year are normally inundating one with offers
not heard a birdie sqeak as yet

That happened to me and I didn't notice until I received the order.

mumemma · 11/01/2008 17:56

...and the waste of paper with their hyperactive mailing system - 5 catalogues a week....

OliviaMumsnet · 11/01/2008 17:56

Where are these threads MinkVelvet?
Links please

yeah add to that the low rise waitband jeans
And you have one nasty muffin look
My boden tees are now very expensive sleepwear.
But oh god loved the baby boy winter stuff and like a bit of the new kids stuff but not as much as previously...
whcih considering the credit card issue is a good thing

katierocket · 13/01/2008 18:47

any luck olivia?

OP posts:
DarthVader · 13/01/2008 18:48

don't bother, I just sent all my preview stuff back to Johnnie - not much cop

katierocket · 13/01/2008 19:04

oh it's not for me. I just like the boys pjs, DS1 still has his 2-3 yrs ones from BOden and they're great quality (and he's now 6 so time for some new ones methinks!)

OP posts:
DarthVader · 13/01/2008 19:09

my stuff was for dd - rubbish
very faded looking

katierocket · 13/01/2008 21:28

oh dear, I've always found the kids stuff to be good although the baby stuff was absolutely titchy in its sizing.

OP posts:
katierocket · 14/01/2008 12:23

bump

OP posts:
Piffle · 14/01/2008 12:26

yep true the baby stuff is titchy
DS2 is 9kgs and 50th centile at 9 mths and he is well into 12-18m trousers and 18-24 mth tops

mumemma · 14/01/2008 13:15

I'm just sending half my order back. Girl's kaftan aged 3-4 would be lucky to fit a 12 month old, shorts made out of horrible papery fabric and stitching loose on a t-shirt. If it wasn't all final reduction stuff, I think the whole lot would be going back.

I didn't order with Mumsnet code as there's no discount for sale stuff but do you get free returns during sales?

AbbyMumsnet · 14/01/2008 14:04

Have asked those that know about discounts to find out what's going on here. Will report back soonest.

cardy · 14/01/2008 15:07

I suggest White Company for boys pjs, much better than Boden and a good sale at the moment.

katierocket · 14/01/2008 20:19

mmmm...I don't really like the pjs they do. DS1 won't wear button up ones

OP posts:
rachel(mumsnet) · 15/01/2008 14:36

Sorry for delay in sorting this - we are on the case trying to get the discount back up and running and will post again as soon as its sorted. Can't help with sizing I'm afraid, although we can certainly alert them to these threads.
Will be in touch,

rachel(mumsnet) · 23/01/2008 16:26

Just to let you know that the Boden link is now working again and you should be able to access your free p+p and 10% discount. Do let us know if you have any further probs.
Happy shopping !
